The so called partisan thinktank is headed by a Democrat and a Republican. Cal Dooley, a Democrat, was among the 81 House Democrats who voted in favor of the AUMF. Jennifer Dunn was a Republican, who just met with a sudden death. Who are these People? I can't even connect to the ITIF website.   ¶ 10:00 AM
