Hurricane Blogging (Again.)
Tropical Storm Felix will become a cat 3 or 4 hurricane ... maybe by tomorrow night. There was a problem with one of the reconnaissance planes, but all is well. The eyewall is beginning to form (SW-SE side.) It is forecasted to take a similar path as Dean.  ¶ 5:13 PM
