0. That's the grade that I give the commander-in-chief. His failure extends from his handling of the Middle East to his mismanagement of the White House staff. I wouldn't even give him an F. You have to, at least, turn in something to get a grade.

The White House says that they "lost" the requested emails. As Patrick Leahy said

This sounds like the administration's version of the dog ate my homework

The lost emails can be retrieved if the computers can be inspected. The WH techies are probably all over it, like white on rice.  ¶ 7:46 AM
