Keep Your Nose Clean. My anecdotal evidence leads me to believe that a clear respiratory tract diminishes your chance of getting the flu. I haven't been treating my sinus condition properly since Benedryl took its good formula off the market. Now, I have bronchitis. Bad. The doctor gave me a panel of cortisone and three huge antibiotics. Then he had to give me another kind of cortisone and another kind of antibiotic. After that, I got better.  ¶ 6:13 PM
